- 2 – 3 year’s experience at the similar position in Bali.

3. IT COORDINATOR
Primary Function
The IT Coordinator is responsible for the setting up and the successful and efficient management of the IT Department. Responsibilities include the sourcing, evaluating, installation and training of cost effective and streamlined systems and their maintenance.

- Build and maintain all systems
- Support the MS Server 2003 and 2008 and the MS Exchange 2003 and 2010
- Support the Oracle and MS SQL 2005 Databases

5. CHIEF ACCOUNTING (Kuta – Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the collection and preparation of all statistical data required by Management. Analyze general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile all bank accounts each month. Conducts monthly cash count of general cashier and other cashier’s cash funds.
- Supervises the work and training and professional development of employees in his/her area of responsibility. Insures that all daily work is completed. Supervises closing of the books at the financial month end.

- Female
- Finance Qualifications.
- 2 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
- A preference for someone with Accounting experience in Bali
- Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English and Computer
